Od131 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms governing your use of the od131 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of the services provided.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the od131 platform — whether via web browser, mobile app, or any other means — you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the od131 platform. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
The od131 platform is strictly limited to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you have reached the required age and possess full legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the od131 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts, along with the forfeiture of any outstanding balances and winnings.
At registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information. od131 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time by requesting documents such as a national ID, bank statement, or other relevant documentation. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in your account being temporarily suspended or closed.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keeping your account password confidential
- Ensuring no third party accesses your account
- Notify od131 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account
- Updating your personal information whenever changes occur
Od131 will not be liable for any losses arising from third-party access to your account resulting from your own negligence.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users of the od131 platform agree not to engage in any of the following at any time:
- Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any tools that enable automated access or gameplay without genuine human interaction
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
- Exploiting bugs, technical errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
- Spreading false or misleading information to the platform or other users
- Disrupting platform operations or other users in any way
Any violation of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of all associated winnings and balances, and legal action where necessary. od131's decision in such matters is final.
4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the od131 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include bank transfers via FPX, local e-wallets, and other methods listed on the platform from time to time.
Deposit: Deposited funds will be credited to your account once payment is confirmed by the payment service provider. Verification times vary depending on the method chosen, but digital methods are typically processed within minutes. od131 is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment processors.
Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests are subject to a review process that may require identity verification (KYC) before approval. Users who have not completed identity verification must do so before their first withdrawal can be processed. Processing times range from one to five business days depending on the method and current circumstances.
Transaction Limits: Minimum deposits, maximum deposits, minimum withdrawal amounts, and daily limits may apply. Check the deposit/withdrawal page in your account for current information. od131 reserves the right to amend these limits at any time with appropriate notice.
Any taxes, fees, or charges imposed by financial institutions or relevant authorities in relation to your transactions are solely the user's responsibility.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
The od131 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. od131 makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the platform. To the extent permitted by law, od131 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions, system errors, or data loss.
Intellectual Property
All content on the od131 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — is the property of od131 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without prior written permission from od131.
Third-Party Links
The od131 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. od131 does not control the content of those third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
Od131 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time for reasons including: violation of these terms, suspected fraud, suspicious activity, or failure to complete identity verification. In cases where an account is closed due to a terms violation, the account balance may be forfeited depending on the circumstances. Users whose accounts are closed for reasons other than a violation may request a withdrawal of their balance, subject to review and applicable conditions.
Changes to Terms
Od131 reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Notice of changes will be provided through the platform — whether via in-account notifications, email, or updates to this page. Changes take effect immediately upon posting unless stated otherwise. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of the od131 platform shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute shall be referred to the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
